What is it? The Client Agreement and Consent – Health Coach is the agreement between a health coach and their client, designed to protect the health coach’s legal interests. The Agreement covers areas such as appointments, length of visits, payment, risks of health services and limitation of liability, mandated reporting, after-hours emergencies, contacting the health coach/communications and more.
Who is it for? The Agreement is for clients that will be working with a Health Coach.
Why do I need it? The Agreement is needed to protect the Health Coach’s legal interests.
